My research project is a location and production study of film and tv production in and about Greenland. I am interested in the Greenlandic film industry and especially location, and how place specific conditions influence production processes. The project examines the historical development in the film and tv productions, what characterizes the conditions today as well as the possibilites and challenges - both in terms of access, policies and aesthetics. The main supervisor is associate professor Eva Novrup Redvall.
