The Novo Nordisk Foundation Art History Project covers a series of academic events taking place in Denmark from 2003 through 2010. The purpose of the series of conferences, seminars, symposia, workshops and publications is to bring together scholars from Scandinavia and abroad involved in exploring various cross-disciplinary approaches to the history of art, notably in re-examining the interrelations between art history, cultural history, anthropology, sociology, and the history of ideas and mentalities.
