Geometric data analysis and changes over time: The Bureauratic and Political Transformations of the Danish Field of Welfare Work How can one study changing field structures over time? While geometric data-analysis provides unique tools for mapping out field structure, constructing social spaces that represent time series pose unique challenges and require difficult compromises. Using Danish data, I compare 3 analytical solutions: single space, separate spaces and class specific analyses.
