Casper Tybjerg in New York Times

Associate Professor Casper Tybjerg is part of the article "Eros and Identity Meet Again in Copenhagen, in 'The Danish Girl'". Here he illuminates the subject of social tolerance and sexual liberty in Danish culture and film.

Among other Tybjerg states that “Sex is considered something natural and shouldn’t be regulated,” in Denmark, while also providing the article with a brief outline of so-called "sexually adventurous" Danish stories like The Abyss (Afgrunden, 1915), Kispus (1956) and Venom (Gift, 1966).
